This month is absolutely crazy with ghostly events and investigations. It seems everyone has a ghost this time of year… some of these ghosts come from stores, move into one’s house and attempt scare small children.
Since teaming up with Pou Para (Poughkeepsie Paranormal) at the Patchett House, my team IndyPara has plenty to do. We have made plans to do another joint investigation at Garrison House near West Point. This will be filmed by Big Guy Media for another installment of Paranormal Valley. For those of you who didn’t catch it, we did Smalley’s Inn in Carmel. Check out that show here: http://yourbgm.tv/yourtv/living/paranormal-valley
Sunday I will be appearing on Live Paranormal’s “Unexplained Times” radio show at 10pm EST. Find it at liveparanormal.com. This should be a fun interview. All the ghostly experiences I’ve had lately will be told. Also, we’ll talk about the comic strip and where it’s going.
More will be surfacing too. I’m still trying to decide if I’m going to tell ghost stories at Periwinkles at Rhinebeck the weekend before Halloween. I leaning towards this. It would be really cool to embellish some of my own tales… or make up new ones! I used to treat the kids I babysat, during my High School years, to some scary stories. It was a big hit! Occasionally, I would inadvertently spawn a nightmare.
Meanwhile, my team has at least 3 major investigations. I have one this weekend with Pou Para. We’re even ghost hunting on Halloween at a local barn (who will remain anonymous until they are comfortable with the ghost idea).
I still plan to post the Patchett EVPs. We had some significant ones. There were a couple Class As… one is really loud! Patchett produces some very potent EVPs. There must be an energy source somewhere… minerals in the ground or water… who knows.
Watch this week’s comics. Merv is up to his usual hi-jinx. This time his antics put the team in crisis. This series gives me another great idea… which I won’t expound on now as I won’t get to it for a long time. So, I’ll just tantalize you.
