I just had it out with a spammer answering an ad I have on Craig’s List offering Graphic Design, Illustration and Copy-writing… They sent me a dissertation on how I can make boo-coos of money with their idea. Out of curiosity, I responded by asking what their spammy little idea has to do with graphic design.
Amazingly, I got a reply. I was instructed to click on a link. Curiosity again ruled my roost and I did just that. It led me to a website that told me how IÂ can start my own housecleaning business… Now, I have nothing against housecleaning. I have done it for extra cash and made quite a bit of dough doing it. I didn’t need a website to remind me.
Again, I e-mailed them back asking what housecleaning has to do with graphic design. I have yet to get a response. They must be mulling it over.
Anyway, I hope they made a penny for that click. Once I divested with the negativity, I found the entire encounter quite amusing. While it’s not worth a cartoon. Any laugh it a good laugh no matter how small.
