Since I’ve been puttering around with this website, I’ve occasionally reviewed a few decent/marginal wines that were good enough for a night of casual visitors or Tivo. This next review is much nicer!

Picture yourself in the “Spanish Quarter” – the heart of Barcelona’s Plaza de la Portal de Pau (like the bottle says). You find yourself kicking back in an outdoor cafe, sun raining down, littering the cobblestones, locals about and you watch… The glint of deep plumb swirls the glass as your lips meet the spark of the Cabernet that blends with the spicy Tempranillo to create a warm and bustling marketplace of flavor, fitting for the scene you intake.

Enjoy The Spanish Quarter – 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon-Tempranillo. It’s VERY nice.

And Eat Cookies (you may be able to get away with cookies and this wine… though it’s questionable – choose your cookies wisely).

Tj – did I sound obnoxious enuff?
