I HATE THESE THINGS! At least when I’m busy on a ghost hunt in the dead quiet concentrating on sound and movement… When one of these things fires up – “WHHAAAAAAAAWHAAAAAWHAAAA.. OVER?” – it’s like the world has exploded.
Unfortunately, they are a necessary evil. There is no better way to stay in touch with split groups or lost investigators. Safety first! So, in the name of safety, we all suck up for potential heart failure.
Today’s comic is pretty much what happened periodically on our Houghton investigation. The Walkie would go off right in the middle of something cool, strangling our ears.
