Friday’s comic says a lot about Merv. The dude is pretty zen about things. Obviously, he can be freaked out, but he settles right back into his personal zone… wherever that is.
The awesomeness ensues from the lack of words to this story. It’s all expression. Alas, that is why I cartoon in the first place. I love expression and character. That explains why most of my friends are fringe to say the least. Apparently, I sit well in that category as well.
One of these days I’m going to become wealthy. Then that dynamic of strangeness becomes eccentricity. How cool is that?!
Don’t worry, I won’t lose myself. I’ve learned a millennium ago not to take myself too seriously. I am what I am, make no apologies and take no prisoners (I’d rather set ’em free).
